We operate under UK Law. This means that your rights concerning anything that you buy online or by mail order are for a refund (excluding postage) on any item returned within seven days in its original packaging and condition.

We have extended this further to 28 days to ensure the very best in customer service. Particularly at Christmas we are happy to accept unopened items in their original condition returned shortly after the New Year. In any event if you are in any way not one hundred per cent happy with any purchase from Constantine Bay Surf Store, please do let us know and we'll do our very best to sort it out satisfactorily.

Please note we cannot offer a refund on Ear-plugs due to hygiene issues or DVDs which have had the cellophane removed or any item that has had packaging damaged or cannot be resold 'as new'. All our wetsuits and accessories can be tried on for fit and returned so long as they haven't been worn in the water
